Trio of Ketchups
The sweet, tangy taste of ketchup comes from the combination of fruit (or veg), onions, sugar, vinegar and spices slow cooked over a low heat.
Our Trio of Ketchups replace the well known tomato with seasonally available produce from Arran growers Bosolo Farms and Woodside Arran. Made with half the sugar (or less) than many mainstream brands and using only unrefined sugar, these are a much better alternative.
Vegan and Gluten Free.
Onion Ketchup with Fermented Garlic
Caramelised white onions grown in Kildonan are sautéed with spices and seasoning before being combined with our own fermented garlic. Sweet, tangy with a hint of acidity. Use as a condiment along side cooked chicken or veg, top a sausage sandwich or bake on puff pastry with chopped veg.

We know that brussel sprouts aren’t for everyone and getting green veg into little people can often be very difficult but we have been having great success with our “green” ketchup. On chips, on sandwiches and on bubble and squeak! Brassicas are in abundance at this time of year what other way to celebrate the wonderful green veg grown here on Arran than by making this delicious Brassica Ketchup. Whilst not heavily sprout-y (don't worry it doesn't taste like mushy sprouts) our earthy, tangy, with a hint of spice, Brassica ketchup is a wonderful alternative for a picnic lunch sauce. Bubble and Squeak or a cold meat sandwich - this is ideal!

Mushrooms have been in abundance this year and we've been having great fun using our mushroom ketchup on many of our restaurant dishes. Featuring both field mushrooms and foraged porcini mushrooms this earthy, creamy ketchup is perfect to liven up a full cooked breakfast, add to sauces or soups, or make a bruschetta topped with parmesan and rocket.
