Red Cabbage Sauerkraut
Crofters Larder Red Cabbage Sauerkraut is made with a 3% salt concentration, red cabbage, Daikon radish and apple. Daikon has a less peppery taste than the typical small red radish, while grated ginger and fermented garlic add depth and warmth.
The salty-sour flavour of a good sauerkraut can be paired with almost anything but is especially delicious with pork, slow-cooked beef brisket, salt beef (the classic Reuben sandwich) and potato salad.
