

Brassica Ketchup
The brassica family is such a wonderful group of vegetables.
Containing vegetables like mustard, broccoli, turnips, sprouts, kale, romanesco, watercress, rocket, kohl Rabi, bok choy and horseradish (actually hundreds of subspecies) which are some of the most nutritious vegetables you can eat. High in vitamin C, vitamin K, beta-carotene, and glucosinolates. Brassica vegetables are also a great source of soluble fiber.
Available with abundance all year round we make our brassica ketchup from the seasonal offerings of this delightful family sourced from Woodside Arran and Bosolo Farms.
With an earthy, peppery and tangy taste which doesn’t taste like over cooked sprouts (we promise!) making use of herbs and spices to give a depth of flavour.
Delicious on sandwiches with cold meat - left over turkey anyone? Or as a dressing for salads and pasta. Our brassica ketchup is something different but with only 3% of the sugar used in Heinz!
